Hi, I have 2 tracking number without answer it has more than 40 days and I still does not receive my articles... 😮

RG035093011CN

Which phone number can I call here in Mexico to know the status or get my items into a MEXICAN POST OFFICE?

RJ138213100CN arrived Mexico customs on Aug 30. you should contact Mexico post and ask for delivery date.

RG035093011CN is still on the way from beijing to mexico. you need wait another 2 to 3 weeks.

You should contact Mexico Post which is the delivery partner for China Post. You can google their phone number.

Hello, I am trying to locate a package which was sending to me since January 4th, 2015, the last status was: my package had been sending from Beijing on January 18, 2015... there is no news since that day. Please help me to find it. The track number is RH032357828CN, I Hope to hear from you any new because I am already paying to my bank for this merchandise.

RH032357828CN should be seriously delayed in some airport outside china. You should open dispute asap.
