buenas tardes

comprea algunas cosas por una tienda online localizada en china. el 26 de enero de este año recibi el numero de gia que fue RC478140094CN pero no he recibido mi paquete y cuando busco en su seguidor de la guia me dice que el paquete esta en envio desde hace 2 meses, podrian explicarme que ocurre?

I purchased some items from an online store located in china. On the 26th of January 2014 I was provided with this tracking number RC478140094CN but i haven't recived my package. I Tracked the number and said that the package have been on dispatching for 2 months can you explain me that?

RC478140094CN seems to have some problem to pass security check. is there any battery inside the parcel?
