https://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UJ787890620CN shows the parcel arrived Bogota on Jan 19.Normally it must be delivered within 2 weeks after arriving Bogota.

If you haven't got it , you have to open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
