Good afternoon everyone. My package was given as canceled export. I've sent several emails to the store but I get no return. Does anyone know how I can solve this? Thank you in advance. Sydney

Boa tarde a todos. Meu pacote foi dado como exportação cancelada. Já mandei varios e mails para a loja mas não obtenho retorno. Alguem sabe como posso resolver isso? Grato desde já. Sidnei

LO412013974CN was rejected by Beijing airport safety check point. Then it was returned to shipper on Dec 11. You can not get this parcel anymore.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
