Hi i have a problem with my package that did not delivered to me and i've been waiting 3 months and the seller who sold it to me not answering my messages so i don't have someone to contact beside you because i saw the package tracking and it say that the package is in your's possession so i wanted to know what's going on with my package? This is what the tracking info said:

It's not on the list, my item is a machine polish gel. All the materials for the machine arrived but the machine didn't so i need it and i waited for it for a long time now, and it cost me a lot of money, so i need it urgently. So i want to know what going on with my package? I want you to send it to me or that you return me my money back.

gel may not be allowed. it is chemical and liquid.
