Two weeks ago I bought a product. Five days ago I received a message on my product shipped and I can track the tracking number with this site. I'm trying to track the number I get a message like this: "Parcel No.RU481626368CH has not been received by China Post!"
What does this mean?
My tracking number is: No.RU481626368CH.
it should be sent to Israel but the site says it was sent from Singapore to the United States. is it a fraud??

I forgot to mention that i bought it on DHAGTE and the seller is called "tinydeal".

RU481626368CH is to USA not to Israel. You should contact DHGATE for refund.
