Hello,

My package is stuck in Hong Kong since 22nd of October.
I can't get any other information about its status.

This is the tracking number : CP276327167CN

Can you please help me ?

CPxxxxCn is surface parcel. normally it will take up to 4 months to arrive. Your seller should not use such service to ship the goods.
