Post Too much time in airline?

Hello,

I have those two packages: ( Both contain phone case )

RB708748120CN

RC884117087CN

And they have been a longer time now in the "Sent to airline" status , i wanted to make sure again if anything went wrong , also no information comes from destination post.

RC884117087CN should be ok.

RB708748120CN seems to have some problem. If your protection deadline has not expired, please open a dispute and claim refund for lost parcel.

Hi, if I sent my package from a post office while I was in Shanghai to UK, and it is still stuck in customs after 1 month, how do I file for a refund? They won't even know what's in the box and how much it cost me! There were a bunch of souvenir gifts and I paid about 150 yuen for the parcel to be sent. Tracking # = RA566671040CN

1)RA566671040CN seems to have no problem, you need some patient.
2)You have to leave returning address in the parcel and declare value in the customs form. If you did not write those information, you will get nothing in case of lost or returned.

What kind of problem? Is it lost or the item was shipped back?

What kind of problem? Is it lost or the item was shipped back?

It might be lost, might just be delayed, might be rejected by transit airline for safety reason if you have battery or other dangerous item inside. Airline will not tell those information to china post.
