Hi,
the last tracking (RS439417990CN)was on 2017-02-18 and it s seems stuck in China for a long time.
It's possible to know if the package is in transit or not?

your parcel should be ok. parcel to Israel will transit through Europe and difficult to predict arrival time, to make things worse, you can not know their exact location after parcel left china because none scan it anymore. Max travel time to your country can be 2 months, you might need wait some more days.
