Hello,

I sent an item (about 350 grams big envelope, contains bicycle jersey + pants) from Israel to China on 29/1/14, to this address:

Zhang Ming Ming
Room 18A YaDianJu D-Building,JinChengShiDai,BaoAn ShenZhenGuangdong, 518101 China

This is an item that I bought on ebay few months ago.
The seller says it didn't get to him. On China Post Register Mail Tracking website and I get this answer:

RR343341098IL failed deliver in Feb and was returned to Israel.

Israel Post didn't get it back... do you know how can I check where is the parcel right now? (I already asked out post but didn't get an answer).

the parcel was returned to israel long time ago. if you have not got it, it should be lost.

do you know where can I get an official document that will tell me that the parcel sent back? I want to show it to the israeli post.

you should contact Israeli Post and open an official investigation for this parcel. then Israeli Post will send an investigation letter to china post . then china post will response the returning result in another letter to Israeli post. the whole procedure might take about 2 to 4 months.
