Dear Sir,
Following tracking.no RR362306006IL was sent from israel to china and was delivered to final destination on the 12/3/2014 according to chinapot's site (and track17.com)
The reciver claims that he didn't get it yet - can i get a further prove from you such as reciver signature to verify this matter or any other evidance of delivering it ??

your receiver's requirement for signature is not reasonable.Results in the tracking website is the final delivery confirmation from China Post. china post will not provide signature information to public.

thanks for your comment.
It's not my reciver's requirment -
I want to proove the reciver that it was delivered to him as showen in the site since he claims that he didn't get it so far - that's why i asked if there is any way to prove it beside the tracking results such as signed document of the reciver as in every usual mail.

the tracking result in the website is the only proof, no other method.

But the reciver keep saying he didn't get although it was delivered to him on the 12/3..what would you advise me?? is ther any way to contact local postoffice in shenzen and work somthing out??

you can ask the recipient call china post phone number 11185.

eventually the recipient has approved today that he got the package ( one week later)
