Hi dear china post forum
The seller from aliexpress gave me the tracking number before 20 days and still never updated.
I bought from him 16 items each one is a simple $7 dress to different worldwide addresses.
Only 4 numbers updated and 12 numbers never updated 5-20 days.
The tracking number on the subject is a sample for one of them.
Please help me to know what happen with my packages.

Shipper did not ship the parcel 20 days ago. RC774594115CN was just sent to airline on April 1st.

dear thank you for the fast respond.
I can not understand why I got the number before 20 days and only now it is updated?
I buy from other sellers and alwais it is updated usually within 3-5 days.
The seller claims he passed the package just in time that I got the number and the fault is in the china post.
There are more nine numbers I got from him and has been 5-20 days still without an update.
please help me to know why.

dear i know how to track but all the 9 numbers is not updated over 5-20 days.
The seller said he passed the packages just in time that I got the numbers before 5-20 days and the fault is in the china post.
There is a possibility that he was lying and he still has packages for almost 20 days and still he did not send them?
Or is it really a problem in china post?

i can not track all the parcels for you. Take RC774594115CN as example. this parcel was sent to China Post on April 1st. So obviously the seller delayed your shipment.

If you purchased the goods in aliepxress or ebay, you can report cheating and ask for compensation for delayed shipment.

If seller does not agree to compensate you, you can leave a negative feedback on him or even file a charge back and ask for refund from paypal or aliexpress.

Normally seller will negotiate with you and give you some kind of compensation because negative feedback and high customer dispute rate will downgrade his shop and give him big trouble on future sales.

Hi China post I was just wondering why my tracking number RJ030337627CN is and keep coming up unknown and not found?....its been 5 to 10 days and still nothing???

if http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows china post has not received the parcel, it means your seller did not send you anything, the number is fake.

True , but from my experience it takes even up to 10 days for an update.
