Your item could not be delivered in Singapore because the address was incomplete, so it was returned to the seller in China. You should either get the seller to send the parcel again, or open a dispute so that you can get your money back.

These kinds of tracking numbers (11 digits) are China Post Ordinary Airmail, a cheap service for low value items. They don't have any tracking outside of China. Parcels like this could take 4-12 weeks to arrive.

If your buyer protection time is running out, and you haven't gotten the parcel yet, you should open a dispute with your seller and get your money back.

Hi,

My package seems to be lost RK841897289CN, at least the others from same order have come about 3 weeks ago. Should i wait for it any longer or i have to contact the seller now?

RK841897289CN is on the way to Bulgaria. Shipping time to your country like lottery, from one month to 3 months are all normal. If your buyer protection is expiring, ask seller extend protection( or open dispute if seller does not response). Otherwise keep waiting.

Left China for the USA on 17 January. Average arrival time for these is currently running about 15-25 days.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was shipped on Jan 24. It is waiting for airline space to JFK airport from Shanghai. You need wait 2 to 3 weeks to get the parcel.
