this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

Heya I am also looking for my package tracking number RU803022126CN . Ordered since 4/12/17 and it says sent To airline . Not good enough need my parcel !!!!

your parcel is still waiting for shipping space in airline warehouse. parcel shipped in Nov just arrived Europe. Your parcel should catch flight in one or two more weeks.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller did not ship anything to you.

USPS tracking says
RIVERSIDE, CA 92507, Delivered, In/At Mailbox, Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 11:48 am on January 10, 2018 in RIVERSIDE, CA 92507.

You should contact your local USPS office to clarify where your item was delivered.
