Can I please get a response I’m getting quite angry now.My package has been stuck in fouzu ems for quite some time and I would like to know when it will reach the us and it’s current status..tracking number is LS560700366CN..thank you

Chinapostvolunteer, I odered an item about 2 weeks ago, and I'm not able to track it. The tracking code is LS571616421CN. It's supposed to be a Valentine's gift for my fiance, but I'm not able to track it, it says there's no tracking record at all. I just want to make sure it's in before then.

Hi ,

I am tracking the order for the number LX489474629CN and it's saying it's already delivered successfully , the real destination Singapore , as per tracking Application I can see the destination is China. Can you please track the delivery item and redirect to correct address which is in Singapore

I’ve waited about four weeks and I’ve gotten no update WHATSOEVER on the location and the tracking code is useless now because it doesn’t even display the estimated delivery it’s just blank, before that it said it would arrive on te 19th, clearly it’s past that. I want to know why this is happening because it’s pretty damn annoying. (4 weeks for a phone case? Yeah right)

This is a parcel from Malaysia to the USA. Your item's tracking history shows it was sent from Malaysia on December 15 and arrived in the USA on December 17. LS560700366CN was mailed on 21 Jan and left China for the USA on 22 Jan.
It's normal for an parcel's status not to update while it's in transit between countries. After an item leaves China, there is usually a long period of no updates until it arrives in the destination country. Its status can't be updated until it reaches the destination country and the receiving postal service scans it.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?

On average, these take 15-25 days to reach the US.

Nothing has ever been sent using this tracking number. You should open a dispute with your seller so that you can get your money back, then go looking somewhere else for a Valentine's gift. :(

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php?code=UG120728127CN shows your package was just sent on 24 January. I think it should take 2-6 weeks to arrive in India.
