I have contacted you before regarding my item that was sent back after arriving to Croatia, cause postman made a mistake and could't find address.

Aliexpress advised me to contact you and ask you to resend it, but your team told me to contact them. I have no problem paying another shipping cost.They claim they didn't get the shipment back, so I would like to know where exactly is the package now and who can help me find out??

If your parcel was returned to China, China Post can not reship the parcel back to you. Because China Post does not allow to send a return parcel to destination country again(actually China Post has no way to get payment from receiver either).

A return parcel must be sent back to original sender and sender need to pay China Post postage again , print correct address and then ask China Post to mail the parcel to you as a new parcel.

Now you should open dispute to aliexpress for refund. then order another one. Make sure your order address is correct.
