This one is truly bizarre, it looks like it was sent from China to Brazil via the United States...? I'm not sure if that was a routing mistake or what, but the last status is from February 14th, when it arrived in Brazil and was sent to customs.

If you're in Brazil, you might want to contact Correios de Brasil to find out where your parcel is and how you can get hold if it.

If you're not in Brazil, open a dispute and claim a refund for your parcel, because it is going on a world tour without you.

where is my package? its been a month already! useless! seller said that you guys lost it! how come! how do you guys work? wtf? how can it be lost? can you guys please do something? the tracking number is

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet.

You should open dispute to WISH against fraud shipment and claim refund.

and what happen to this item? i dont know which one is true. but seller said that they already sent my package to post office since a couple day ago. so what happen to my item with this tracking number RG778575545CN?

Your seller never sent you any parcel with this tracking number. You can check for yourself here: http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php

Once the post office actually receives the parcel, its tracking number will start working within 48 hours. I think your seller is the problem here, not China Post.

Why tracking results shows ” invalid” or “China Post has not received the parcel”?
