Post Two packages - 3 weeks no tracking data

Three weeks ago I placed two orders, both of which have claimed to be shipped yet have no tracking information.

The first seller claims that China Post has lost the package and they will be contacting you about it. The tracking number for that one is - LY864401079CN

The second claims it was shipped three weeks ago but because it’s an international shipment it just ‘takes awhile’ for tracking information to show up. The tracking number for that one is - RM456279763CN

Is there any truth to either of these statements or should I go about attempting to get my money back?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows No shipping record for both tracking numbers. This means your seller did not ship anything to you. You are scammed.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud.
