Hello,

I ordered an item back on December 31 and it shows that it has been stuck in Guangzhou, China for over 10 days. I'm just getting nervous because it's been stuck here with no movement for a long time. The tracking number is LT194935360CN. I've also provided the last update that I see below. Any help is much appreciated.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT194935360CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Jan 15.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in JFK airport, US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.

Thank you. I appreciate your quick response. Just to confirm, the package was shipped from China? So its somewhere in transit between China and the US? Also, this time of year isn't considered rush season? Since its already been in transit 11 days, it could be 9+ days more or less before it will hit customs?

frankly speaking you can not get very accurate estimate arrival time. based on our statistics, you have more than 80% chance to get the parcel within next 7 to 15 days.
