Hello,
I am having a similar issue with parcel EV799989145CN .
Tracking shows it supposedly departed the Shanghai export office a week ago, but there has been no movement on it since. I understand the delivery process could take time but it has been a while with no updates. US postal tracking indicates that it "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" but EMS tracking only indicates it left an export office. Please help!

http://track-chinapost.com shows EV799989145CN was shipped From China Post Shanghai office to US on Feb 28.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai ,China or customs warehouse in JFK,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Thank you for the expedient reply!
It came through AliExpress and has a week or so until the automatic cancel/dispute goes into effect and I will pursue through PayPal as well.
