Hello,
My tracking # is LY048610828CN. There has been no update since April 11,2020. May I please receive a reply explaining why it isn’t moving? Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY048610828CN was shipped from Chengzhou to USA on April 9. It was sent to Changsha airport on April 11. It is still in Changsha airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry.

After parcel arrives USA, USPS website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
