Hi,
I have not received my order for a month. I checked tracking number LS339281906CN and saw that my order was departure from Regional Sorting Center at Guangzhou EMS, CHINA on May 13, 2020. There is currently no shipping information. Please help me track this number and notify me when I can receive it.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY105863527CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on May 13. It is still in Guangzhou airport waiting for flight to USA.

Coronavirus has cancelled many airlines to USA, our latest report shows average waiting time to USA is about 7 weeks, you need some patient.

Once parcel arrives USA, you can see Royal Mail delivery update in http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php
