Hello, I shipped two packages from yantai China to Oklahoma USA. on January 30th is the last shipping update which said that the packages are in Shanghai but they haven’t moved since January 30th and it’s march 12th now. Ian there something I can do to move the process along ? Is there a problem with my packages? One package tracking number is : CP347417092CN The second package tracking number is : CP347417075CN . Please can you help me to figure out what’s going on with my packages ? Thank you

these parcel starting with CP is surface parcel which will go through sea and railway. normally they need 4 to 6 months to reach usa. you need wait some more time.
