I had made this order back on January 16th 2019, order# 4697. It has been a while that Ive been waiting to know if it was shipped or where it might be. The parcel number tells me that no tracking number found. I would really like to know where the package is or if a refund can be requested.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LT237112155CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
