I ordered on April 1 and I have not received it yet! It said “departed country of origin” on may 1, and it hasn’t updated since

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LN848940429CN shows the parcel is still in Shenzhen airport waiting for flight to USA.

Shenzhen has the worst delay on China Post system. You might need wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need ask seller extend the protection or open dispute for refund.
