Post My Package Says Delivery Attempt Fail.

Dont want my package sent back says delivery attempt failed have no idea wats being said on the phone being i only speak English.
What do i do now?

LF677061634CN arrived Germany on May 25. it seems to have some delivery problem.

You need contact your local Germany Post(DHL packet) to pickup the parcel. China Post parcel is handled by Germany Post/DHL paket in Germany.
