Hi, the tracking on the parcel has not updated since the 22nd of November, which is way over a month. Where is it and is there any chance of getting it? Its probably lost at this point.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW874341750CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Nov 22.

Normally such epacket should arrive USA in 2 to 4 weeks. Your parcel is very likely to be lost. Based on our statistics, you have only 20% chance to get this parcel in future.

I suggest you open dispute to seller for refund.
