I'm sorry for asking this with everything that is going on and I understand you guys are going through a lot. I ordered my product about a 2-3 weeks ago, and I was wondering if I could get an estimate on when I should expect the package to arrive.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW449355305CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Beijing office to US on Jan 20.

It is now some middle location between China Post systemLW449355305CN and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Beijing ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is chinese new year holiday time. parcel has some delay. such no-information period can take 20 to 30 days . Once USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.
