Is it possible to open some kind of dispute with china post? So they could go and check in more detail what happened to that package. If it wasn't delivered, where it did end up. There is original tracking number, so I assume it is possible to track it down to its current location, whether it is in some sort of post warehouse, etc.

Shipper can file an investigation request if he has the original receipt in hand. But the investigation takes very long,few people do it for low value parcel.

I'm having a big problem. There are 4 packages that were sended to me but the zip code is incorrect. The address is correct, only the zip code that was 92110 and I put 92109. When I tracked the information that appears is INSUFICIENT ADDRESS. What can I do about that? There are any number that I can call and talk to somebody change that for me? Thanks.

Normally your parcel will be returned to China. You can try to call USPS(china post delivery agent in USA) and explain the situation to them. If they can help you, then it will be ok.

I ordered an item 2 months back from Aliexpress. They shipped the package using the China Post but I havent received the item yet. The status on the China site was last updatedon 7th of Jun 2014. Tracking NO. RC941265792CN. Can you please help how to find status on the same.

RC941265792CN should have arrived India long time ago. the problem is that India customs always delay import process. You can see from this forum, some people go to Kalkata customs and pay some tips in order to get his goods released from customs.

Hi there,

I’m expecting a package from China to Canada. It was mailed out from China on June 8, 2014 and never made it to Canada. The tracking number is CP153724318CN. Please help me track this package! I called Canada Post and they said it should have arrived a long time ago, they think it might be stolen or lost!  Please help me, it’s a very important package for my wedding, and it just breaks my heart to think that someone might have stolen it!

OMG!!!!!!!! This is an update from the post above. I just want to say THANK YOU - I received a notice just now that my package has arrived in Canada Post for pickup! :) After 3 months it has arrived!! I'm sorry I doubted China Post for its ability to transport my stuff and whether or not it was stolen - I'm so relieved and grateful that it arrived :) <3 Keep up the good work, you've made my family and I very happy!!! Thank you!

CF018735078US is in Beijing. ask receiver call phone number 11185 and pickup the parcel from China Post asap. otherwise it will be returned to USA.
