RR075286559PH

Last Nov 28, 2018, I was able to talk to the addressee. He told me that he was going to pick it up on Nov. 29. I just received an alert status from the track today. Could you confirm if he picked up his package or not? Or, could you tell me if he called this hotline: 11185? What will happen to the package?

none pickup the parcel. RR075286559PH is on the way returning to Philippines.

Could you just hold the package for a while? Please return it to China Post Shenzhen Center office. Please give me at least 1 week to follow up the addressee. He might be busy and doesn't have time to pick it up.
