the parcel passed export scan on Sept 4 and is still waiting next available airline space to Italy. As many parcels were stuck in Beijing in Sept due to Holiday, you might need some more days to get the parcel.

I reckon that holidays should not be customers concern!
Anyway, CP exceeds all reasonable delivery terms!
