Dear all,

My package goes by the number RU894723554CN and contains this information:

2018/10/15 22:35 Received by Post Office 32206600
2018/10/19 9:19 Departure export customs SHANGHAI
2018/11/9 15:57 Arrival Import customs LISBOA

Is the package in Portuguese (Lisbon) Customs yet?
When do you believe that I should receive it?

Portugese POST website shows Delivery success, MARIA ESPERANCA on Nov 13.

If you did not get it , contact your local post office for delivery detail.
