Hello,

I have no news from my package, I ordered something without tracking delivery (so it's a slow delivery I know) but they provided me this number 42980815148 and I can't "track" my package on the china post website and no news since the 05/25/2017
And I don't know why, but sometimes my tracking number doens't work, I got to wait a few mins/hours then it works again.

Thank you for your help!

Just in case, I'm living in France.

42980815148 is china post ordinary parcel. This is a cheap service for low value item. China Post will not pay labor to scan and update its location status after it left first post office. Based on our user report statistics, you need wait about 30 to 50 days to get the parcel.
