Post URGENT Order delayed

My order delays . It's tracking number RN240967424CN and when I try to track my order the last information about it is from May 9th. I need to check the current status of my order and when exactly it would be here.
What's more I have only entered the city where it has to be delivered.
Can I set the neighbourhood and more exact address now when it's already shipped out.

The order is really urgent

RN240967424CN delayed in China for one week, if left Beijing on May 21. You might get it by end of July.
