For years, I am shopping from taobao by Taobao agent. For the moment, will keep their name in secret because I still expect them to recover amounts for items and supplies that I paid.

1. First about shipments CP337353976CN , CP337354000CN , CP337353959CN I have three packagess sent by Chinese Post in 08.11 and took off in flight at 11.11 but still not arrived at Bulgaria. All three have a weight about 11 kg each, or a total of 33 kg. I paid a very high value for the items inside and expensive delivery to Bulgaria plus complete insurance of packages. I have not yet received them and start losing hope that they will ever receive. The Agent only tells me to wait, but unfortunately I have no protection when shopping through them and I have no choice. I want to ask somebody at the heart of the Chinese Post, who reads this, check where you have those three packages and whether it is likely to receive them in the coming days. Very urgent and will lose many of them :(

2. Before these three, I had two others that were late too. Unfortunately one package was all in water and some of the items inside were damaged by it. For package was also paid full insurance but the taobao agent refunded me only half of the amount of damaged items, saying the Chinese Post won't recognise the full insurance. Is this true? What should I do in stis case?

1. First of all I don't work for China Post and I'm not even in China so you can take my explanation or not.

2. Because your parcel are On route/In Transit to Bulgaria since:
2016-11-11 02:00 Beijing airport and left

Then you should maybe look at this from this forum FAQ:

3. Since your parcel are possibly Surface to Air Lift, these type of parcel have last priority in transport. Maybe your parcel Flew out of China to an European country (not Bulgaria) but after that it went by surface mail.

4. Also when the parcel arrive in Bulgaria, it's going into what they call the Inbound warehouse area, and since your parcel is the last priority Bulgarian Post will scan the parcel much later then other parcels.

Thanks a lot for your answer. It helps but my parcels are shipped with China Post air parcel not China post Sal. Usually they came for 15-19 days. Now they stuck for 2.months and I am afraid if will receive them

1. When you say China Post Air Parcel it's equal to this:

SAL: short for Surface Air Lifted. Ships, buses, and trains are used within the sending and receiving countries, but air transport is used between countries. Land and sea transport are used if there are no flights. Usually it takes 15 – 20 working days. The cost is lower than air mail.

2. Your CP number will be sent by Surface Air Lifted, I guess you read the reference to fast.

3. To bad that your parcels have not arrive yet.

I have 5 shipments to Ukraine. I don't receive them yet. I have also the same problem as you. But there is more than 85 kg total

your parcel is china post surface parcel. travel time might take up to 3 to 6 months.

Do you know how to contact China Post for refund. I paid full insurance and they should refund me but can I ask them like a receiver and where to call or write an email?
