Soon it is one month my shipping LO538719223CN got stuck. It is strange because other shippings passed from there (Zhengzou), even after, already came.
What happened?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO439068795CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Zhengzhou office to Italy on Nov 26.

It should have left Zhengzhou, you can not see new location because none scan this parcel before it arrives Italy. The parcel is now some middle location between China Post system and Italy Post system. You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 30 to 40 days until Italy Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Italy Post website will show its new status with Italy location.
