Hello. I need information about my shipment. I sent a return from Poland to China and for several days I have not known what is happening with the shipment in China. My shipping tracking number is CP280466284PL.

CP280466284PL was shipped on July 16 from Poland, it has not arrived in China yet. Normally from Poland to China will take about 2 to 3 weeks.

Make sure you have written receiver's mobile phone number in the parcel, mobile phone number is a mandatory to make customs clearance and proper delivery.
