Dear sirs,

On November 15th I have ordered an item from China. It was despatched on November 20th. I still haven't received it and last update was on December 16th when it was, supposedly, handed to airlift. It's been two months since I've ordered it and almost a month since it was last updated. Can you tell me what is going on, is there any problem with my order? Tracking number is RV251365694CN

Nov and Dec is bad season for China Post register airmail. Such parcel has very low processing priority than EMS and ePacket parcels.

China Post delayed this parcel in Beijing sorting for about 45 days. Good news is that http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it finally departured beijing airport on Dec 26. Normally It will take another 20 to 40 days to reach Serbia.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back, after you get your parcel, then pay back to seller.

When I click on the link You gave, to me it shows last update on December 15th, not 26th as You said... Am I doing something wrong?
