Post Problems getting packages from Shenzhen?

Hi

I have a package RF352181933CN that has last listing
2016.09.16 10:03 (GMT-7): 【深圳】Export customs clearance complete

You've said in other posts that this means that is has been shipped out and the delay could be issues with the post company and/or customs in the receiving country.

I did however order two things at the same time and my other package RK524976187CN was cleared in Export customs on the 21st and shipped out by air from Shanghai on the 23rd. Arrived in Sweden on the 30th and is now waiting for me at my local post office. So there seems to be no delay on the receiving end.

So why is my package from Shenzhen taking several weeks when the package from Shanghai arrived in one week?

2. First thing, your parcel that you receive did not departed from the same city and went from Suzhou Exchange Bureau to Shanghai Exchange Bureau, then departed Shanghai Pudong.

3. The parcel RF352181933CN, is from Shenzhen city and went to The Shenzhen Exchange Bureau, have been exported directly.

4. When we see Exported Directly this means the parcel is On Route to your country. Where did the parcel go exactly after that last tracking, that we don't know because no tracking was done to the parcel.

5. Estimate arrival time for your country is from 7 to 21 days, your parcel is on the dot right now for 21 days in traveling time.

6. Either your parcel is lost, or is in your country but did not get clear by Customs Officers yet.

7. Since you are the only one knowing what is inside the parcel and if you worry about your parcel, then just contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. He might be able to call China Post to find out about your parcel.

8. Please take note that this week there is a National holiday in China.
