Post Package stuck at "departure export customs"

Hello.
My shipment (number LM680847394CN) was received by the carrier on the 19th of October. On the 21st and 25th, i received the same update "departure export customs", like my package was stuck there 😕 . I haven't received any updates since then (it's been a week).

Please could you help me figure out where my shipment is, and if i will receive it soon?

wait one more week, if the status still same and you do not get the goods, you should open dispute for refund.
