Hi,

I ordered something from China which has been sent back in November and after checking the tracking number (UI018873499CN), it states that the package has NOT EVEN left China yet. It's been 2 weeks since it was originally sent and it doesn't make any sense for it to be in the exact same spot for 2 weeks.

Anyone has similar experiences or any thoughts regarding this?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UI018873499CN shows the parcel was shipped on Nov 28.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
