My parcel has been in Export Customs Scan since 20140309
I have open a dispute with the seller on aliexpress bur they say tha i should wait.
For how long?

it the parcel was sent on Mar 9 and parcel was not lost, you should have received it by now. escalate the dispute to aliepxress and claim refund.

Hello,

I have a similar problem with a order in Aliexpress. Tracking number RC659469118CN, has been in Export Customs Scan since 20140412. I use the chat in Aliexpress and they advice me to open a dispute. The seller refuse and I escalate a complaint. I don`t know when you bought your item. Mine was in 20140331. Today I receive a new message in the complaint page from Aliexpress:

To move forward with this case, buyer needs to confirm with us whether the goods are received by 2014-06-05. If buyer has received the goods in good condition, please cancel this claim and confirm order received.

According to the shipping information, the package has been shipped out by the seller and it is in transit. Please wait in patience and confirm with us whether you have received the goods by 2014-06-05. We kindly suggest you need positively negotiate with your seller regarding this dispute.

If you have received the goods in good condition, please cancel this claim and confirm order received. If we don't receive any feedback about the product problems after the goods are delivered, we will release the payment to your seller based on the delivery information.

PS: If there’s any agreement reached with the supplier before this case is closed, please provide your supportive evidence on the complaint center. Please note that when you cancel the claim, we will assume you agree to release the payment to the seller.

I don't have much experience in aliexpress but I think you should in fact escalate your dispute to a complaint because now I know that if I don' t receive my item until 2014-06-05 I will probably receive my money back (I hope so!!!) and that the seller will receive the payment.

Hello, I am sorry to keep you waiting, goods already in transit, the current customs causes your receipt, we are all victims, could you cancel the dispute can do? Currently free shipping AliExpress all customers are unable to receive the goods, we have no means buyers, the loss is our most serious seller, the goods we retire and not come back, only to be patient, if the arrival time provisions in the system does not arrive, when we give you a full refund, hope you can understand.

I don´t believe them that all are victims as they say. Placed an order 20140407 and the gods arrived 20140424

if you confirm to aliexpress that you have received the goods, then your money can not be refunded anymore. you'd better refuse to confirm receiving and get refund first. if you receive the parcel later, then repay the seller.

I ordered 2 items from Aliexpress on 21st of May 2014. The seller has shipped the item using the tracking no. China Post Air Mail- RC941265792CN. There is status on the China tracking site after 7th of June. And I seller and Aliexpress are not able to answer my query correctly. Its been 60 days that item was ordered but not been delivered. They keep sending emails to negotiate with the seller and wait for the parcel its in transit. Is this gonna take 1 year to get my parcel. How many more days does the customer has to wait? Please advise how do I escalate the missing parcel.

many parcel to India was delayed or even lost in India import customs. if you have not got it for 50 days, you'd better open a dispute.

hi,
I ordered some electronics from Shenzen based Nfdlls, they shipped it through china post.My parcel is stuck in customs from 15/12/2014 .. I called customs and they said that the parcel has come empty from china. Is that possible? and what do i do now? Please help as a lot of money is into this.

Hi I bought items on eBay RJ369325296CN, they should have arrived to South Africa long time ago, the China post tracking website status hasn't change from 10 March 2015 what do I do in my case?
