Well guys, looks like ive just encountered the "Chinese way" of doing business.
After my last post, I found it quite odd to hear that no packages were sent to the NL. How is it possible. Till today, last track is "Departed from Export Office - BEIJING". Dont tell me after 10 working days and 14days that there were no flights going to the NL.
As I said, after my last post, I wasnt standing still. I contacted the EMS support on WeChat again. For the second time, they told me to wait for the result of their "investigation". And guess what, the person who contacted my relative in China, told me to wait. He also didnt know what is going wrong.
I wasnt satisfied. I contacted the support again and waited patiently for an another answer. This time, he said to my cousin not to contact the customer service anymore and told him to wait for one week for the results and then he suddenly cut off the phone. My mind was blown.
But suddenly, today, someone from EMS called my cousin again (I guess the supervisor?). This time he told us that if the package wont arrive by 30th october, he will compensate me 3 times the postage fee.
Well to me, that means the package is lost and not in their hands. Quite funny how they are dealing with someone's properties.
Moral of the story, keep annoying the customers service, then you will get your answer, instead of waiting for 2 months and then realizing your package just got lost.
