I sent via Ireland local post, a parcel, but actually it's stuck. (Item held by customs) What can i do now?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RL722633335IE shows the parcel arrived Guangzhou customs on Mar 5 but never move since then. Normally this means the parcel has problem to pass customs or lost there.

You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to inquiry delivery detail in customs. If you paid insurance, you also need start investigation and claim compensation.
