a parcel of mine has apparently got lost in Beijing. Called 11185 several times, but without any result. They keep saying "they don't know where it is". Just 5 minutes ago they said "they never receive mail from abroad", while online tracking shows clearly that they received it on April 21st.

What does 11185 do? Apparently their only answers are just "we know nothing"

I spent lots of Euro on calling 11185 for nothing. My suspect is that the parcel is lost and11185 tries to deny any responsibility, or someone there stole it, seen its high value, and again someone is trying to cover the responsible up. In conclusion: 11185 can't -and don't want to- help at all.
