Hello ,
i have a problem about this traking number " 02192437676 " to France

the seller said it's a Yanwen traking number and in the aliexpress traking number it say China post ordinary small packet plus .
no website (chinapost traking and yanwen ) shows my package .
it's 24 days now and I even received the other packages from other seller that were sent after this parcel .

02192437676 is not china post parcel number. you can not track parcel delivery detail for this kind of parcel. if you can not get the goods for 30 days, you should open dispute and claim refund.

02192437676 is a regular shipping and do not have tracking information, the only information that appears is the output of China on August 15, to be an ordinary shipping I do not know if occurred any incidents, so I recommend you let wait 2 weeks more for your shipment arrive, if at that time no your shipment should open a claim.

Pakistan post website shows RM994381194CN arrived Hyderabad, Dispatch from DMO Hyderabad to delivery office Tando Allah Yar.

You need contact your local post office to pickup the parcel.
