i ordered and apple ipad air the tracking number is RA601726983CN i been tracking it and china post tracking says export security scan since the 10th of januaray...but on http://intmail.183.com.cn it says this... 2015-01-04 09:39:00 Former Kam post offices] has Acceptance
2015-01-05 09:12:46 [Hanjiang collection and delivery department] has sent letters
2015-01-06 07:49:14 [Fuzhou] has opened for exchange offices
2015-01-06 07:49:14 [Fuzhou] has opened for exchange offices
2015-01-06 10:48:11 [Fuzhou] exchange bureau has sent letters (domestic transit)
2015-01-10 09:06:42 [Shanghai] has opened for exchange offices
2015-01-10 12:47:54 [Shanghai] exchange bureau has issued letters

can any one help me and tell me what this means i mean like why they issue letters and i still going to receive it and when...because i did not receive any letter about this

i think you are scammed. china post does not allow parcel has ipad or any item with battery inside. if the ipad is detected by safety scanner, it will be rejected. and the status will stuck in one position forever. open dispute and claim refund asap.

I have been tracking my parcel since 2/1/15 , tracking number : RH140951523cn, and the post says ; accepted by post, opened in exchange office, after 3 days, their is no other tracking on this tracking number. Can you help ?

RH140951523cn is delayed by holiday rush. you might need wait one more week.
