I bought an item from a chinese company, and I sadly provided them a wrong address (8260 64th st instead of 8620 64th st).
The item arrived to my local post office and they returned it back to china.
Sadly again when I went to my local post office to ask for the package, they had already returned it back that morning. And they told me that if the package come back to them, they will give it to me, despite the wrong address.

I have contacted USPS trying to get another delivery chance unsuccessfully.
I have sent emails to china post explaining them the problem and I haven't received any response.
I have tried to contact the seller's company, and it seems to be dissapeared.

I do not know what else to do or where my package is.
The tracking code is RI204608636CN and it doesn't give me any clue.
The item was returned back on December 3rd.
Is there any phone number that allows me to speak with some representant of china post in english/spanish?.
