CY730145025DE arrived at China post office on July 24 but the recipient has never made customs clearance.

Did you write the recipient's mobile phone number in the parcel? If not, China Post can't send customs clearance passcode to recipient and delivery will not be possible.

If you have added mobile number in the parcel, we believe that the receiver does not want to make customs clearance and accept the parcel.

Is it a return item for refund? Some bad sellers often play such game to avoid refund responsibility. If this is your case, please contact your marketplace and report fraud.
