I am writing to inquire about the current status of my parcel with tracking number CY290163583DE. According to the online tracking portal, the last update indicates that the item is "Presented to Import Customs."

Could you kindly provide more information regarding the current status of the parcel and any further actions required for its delivery? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in providing an estimated timeline for when the parcel will be cleared and delivered.

CY290163583DE arrived at destination Post office on Oct 14 but receiver has not made customs clearance yet. Please ask recipient to call local customs broker 0574-87898537、83883818 asap.
